Dream Developers has been a family run business for over 20 years. Originally from Mashpee, Massachusetts, we are currently located in East Hampton, Connecticut. Our specialties include custom homes, commercial construction, project management and design.

COMPANY HISTORY
We have built more than 50 custom homes in Cape Cod as well as four story medical/ professional building. In Connecticut we have completed two active adult communities, Lantern Lane and Laurel Ridge as well as a 3,500 sq. ft. clubhouse and numerous custom homes.

Steven has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction. In addition to his exceptional project management skills, he is a skilled architectural designer.

PresidentPeter came to Dream Developers after a very successful career with a top fortune 500 corporation where he held a variety of Senior Management rolls. At Dream Developers, Peter is responsible for the coordination of subcontractors and management of resources.

Vice President of OperationsLisa has worked in the insurance industry after college. With a strong financial background, Lisa was able to make a smooth transition into her roll with Dream Developers.

Chief Financial OfficerSusan brings over twenty years of customer service experienceto our team. She is responsible for follow schedules and coordinates all work with subcontractors and suppliers and insures all items of concern have been repaired and/or completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
